Why does the price page says I can download 1GB files with free account, but when I add a file of 800mb it gives me an error saying that the limit is 512mb?

When I check the pricing page it says I get 1GB Maximum torrent file with the free account:

Then when I try to download an 865.56 MB file it says the limit is 512 MB for free user:

Please let me know what's going on...
